The relationship between Sleep Quality and Job Satisfaction of Nurses working in the pediatric surgery clinic during the COVID-19 pandemic

Background: It is important to determine the relationship between quality of sleep, which basic requirement, and job satisfaction, has an place in working life nurses. The aim this study examine sleep satisfaction nurses pediatric surgery clinic during COVID-19 pandemic. Material Methods:This descriptive type. sample consists 94 who are members Association Pediatric Surgery Nurses. Nurse Descriptive Information Form, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Job Satisfaction Scale (NJSS) were used collect data. statistics, Shapiro-Wilk, Kruskall Wallis, Mann-Whitney-U test Pearson Correlation analysis evaluation Results: mean age surgical was 32.82±7.85 years. determined that index low. There a negative moderate correlation scores nursing obtained from Index. as decreased, decreased.
